  2. Manage sub-projects, ensuring timely completion and client engagement.
  3. Analyze and design forward-thinking HR concepts tailored to client needs, leveraging your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors.
  4. Facilitate workshops and training sessions, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  5. Support and continuously improve services for existing clients, driving their success and growth.

About Your Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you:

  1. Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business informatics, business administration, applied psychology, or specialized training in HR, payroll, or social insurance.
  2. Bring several years of experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors, with expertise in at least two modules, and have managed sub-projects.
  3. Possess a positive, confident personality and a passion for personal and professional growth.
  4. Work independently, take initiative, and prioritize client interests consistently.
  5. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and conceptual skills.
  6. Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in German and English.
  7. Are open to project-related travel within German-speaking Switzerland.
