To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Professional experience as a Kitchen/Hotel Steward or similar in a 5-Star hospitality and/or restaurant environment (shipboard experience is an advantage)
• Experience working in multi-cultural teams, with strong administrative skills and proficiency in PC-based databases, spreadsheets, and word processing systems
• Guest-focused, service-oriented, positive personality, professional appearance, and impeccable hygiene standards
• Excellent knowledge of all public health policies, especially US Public Health and FDA Standards

As a Utility Attendant on our Mississippi ship, you'll be responsible for ensuring the team provides clean dishes for the galley, restaurant, and trash room and crew mess areas.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Establishing and maintaining a cleaning routine in all food production outlets
• Ensuring the cleanliness of galley storage areas and providing necessary cleaning materials
• Ensuring the cleanliness and working condition of cleaning equipment and utensils, and reporting any damages
• Controlling garbage segregation and complying with Public Health Policies and Procedures
• Assisting with F&B events, provisions loading, and training of Galley Staff

To be eligible for this role, you must:

• Be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (green card) to work onboard the ship, as required by federal regulations
• Pass a pre-employment drug test
• Be 21+ years old, physically fit, and in good health to meet the demands of an intense shipboard role
