We are seeking a visionary and results-driven professional to join our Executive Board as the Head of Strategy and M&A at HOERBIGER. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive innovation portfolio strategy in collaboration with the Executive Board.
  • Source and manage deal flow, from initial discussions to closing and post-merger integration.
  • Lead cross-functional project management for strategic initiatives that drive organic growth and boost performance.
  • Nurture and develop high-potential talent to drive future success.

**Requirements:**

  • 5-10 years of experience in top-tier consulting with a focus on mid-sized and industrial customers.
  • Proven track record in M&A and corporate strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with supervisory boards.
  • Experience in talent development and leadership.
  • Fluency in English.
