We are seeking an experienced Magnolia Software Architect to join our team at Merkle DACH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating innovative software solutions using Magnolia CMS.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement Magnolia solutions that meet the needs of our clients
- Lead projects as a technical lead, ensuring timely and successful delivery
- Take ownership of the technical architecture, ensuring scalability and maintainability
- Act as a subject matter expert for Magnolia DXP, providing guidance and support to the team
- Develop integrations with various marketing technologies, leveraging your expertise in Java and REST APIs
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Magnolia CMS and related technologies
- 5+ years of experience with CMS systems, with a strong focus on Magnolia
- Experience with creating custom Magnolia components and templates, as well as maintaining and administering Magnolia
- Delivery of at least three Magnolia projects as an architect, with a proven track record of success
- 7+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java and related technologies
- Excellent knowledge of Java, HTTP, and REST APIs, as well as experience with standard software frameworks like Spring and Blossom
- Good understanding of SQL and current web technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and AJAX
- Advanced knowledge of integrations to backend systems, as well as experience with CI/CD toolchains like Git, Jira, and Confluence
