At TN Switzerland, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Finance Expert to join our team. This role will focus on driving harmonization and standardization of General Accounting processes across divisions.

In this position, you'll be responsible for designing state-of-the-art process designs within the E2E process and collaborating with stakeholders from Finance, Commercials, Supply Chain, and IT.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing global cross-divisional process designs within the business process area.
- Making empowered decisions for their area across divisions, in line with E2E Business Process Management guardrails.
- Working closely with E2E GBPMs & GBPS network to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Supporting SAP S4/HANA Template deployment.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable education.
- Strong business fluency in English.
- 3 - 7 years professional experience preferably in Business Process Management, Information Management / IT, Finance/Procurement, Tax, Risk/Internal Control Management, Accounting, Audit.
- Deep knowledge of E2E business process areas and technical expertise in SAP FI/CO, Procurement (SD/MM), Localization/External Reporting Compliance, IFRS Accounting, ICFR, Transparency Laws and Regulations.
- Methodological skills BPM, Six Sigma (DMAIC), agile ways of working (Scrum), continuous improvement (Lean, PDCA, Kaizen).
