About This Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team in Winterthur, Switzerland.
This role offers the chance to work collaboratively with business leaders and drive HR initiatives that align with our company's goals.
As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring best-in-class HR practices while maintaining compliance with Swiss Labor laws.
Your expertise in workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development will play a key role in fostering a high-performance culture and enhancing employee engagement.
Main Responsibilities- Provide strategic guidance to senior leaders on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
- Lead and support the annual HR cycle, including performance management processes.
- Partner with business leaders to foster a high-performance culture through effective people strategies.
- Ensure compliance with Swiss Labor Laws and internal company policies.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to develop strategies for attracting and retaining top talent.
- Design and implement HR initiatives focused on employee engagement and leadership development.
- Utilize HR data and analytics to drive informed business decisions.
- Work closely with global HR teams to ensure alignment with company-wide HR policies.
- Drive digital HR projects to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Act as Deputy to the Head of HR Switzerland, providing leadership and continuity in HR strategy and operations.
