Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sustainability Reporting Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our ESG-related reporting exercises and ensuring compliance with sustainability standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead ESG Reporting Exercises: Develop and implement a comprehensive ESG reporting strategy to support our annual sustainability reporting and address ESG questionnaires and rankings.
  • Maintain Sustainability Metrics: Ensure compliance with sustainability commitments, standards, and reporting requirements, and lead engagement with ESG rating agencies.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Sustainability Developments: Stay informed about the latest developments in sustainability reporting standards and overall ESG regulations.
  • Develop Supporting Data and Documentation: Collect and manage data and documentation for reporting requirements, and oversee internal or third-party validation and verification of sustainability data.
  • Plan Community and CSR Activities: Develop and implement an annual plan for community and CSR activities, including planning, stakeholder engagement, and developing supporting materials and presentations.
Requirements:
  • 7 Years of Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in sustainability, with at least 5 years in non-financial reporting.
  • ESG Reporting Expertise: Deep understanding of ESG reporting standards and regulations, with relevant training in GRI.
  • Global Reporting Experience: Demonstrated experience in leading or contributing to global corporate reporting exercises based on GRI, CDP, and Ecovadis.
  • Sustainability Regulations: Strong understanding of sustainability regulations, including EU CSRD and due diligence.
  • Data Management: Experience in establishing data management reporting processes and tools.
  • Communication Skills: Superior written communication skills in English.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
