The Product Operations team at On is responsible for ensuring all of our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. As a key member of this team, you will work closely with various stakeholders to contribute to a comprehensive strategy with a consistent and pragmatic approach to ensure that all aspects of our products are compliant before they are brought to market.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain compliance documentation for On's products across multiple territories.
- Collaborate with R&D Teams, Sourcing, and Supply Chain to ensure compliance and product safety requirements are met.
- Provide expert guidance on product compliance topics, including product safety, packaging, and labeling.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving regulatory landscapes and communicate changes to the compliance team.
- Support the development of guidances to address regulatory compliance demands.
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve compliance processes and communication platforms.
- Conduct training sessions to increase compliance knowledge within the organization.
