Our Company Overview- We offer comprehensive solutions for the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul of aircraft engines, airframes, and components sales business, including impeccable technical support to over 500 customers worldwide.
As a LEAP Engine Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Disassembling and assembling engines (LEAP series, PW1100) according to manufacturer instructions
- Performing inspections and checks on engines and engine parts
- Measuring and controlling assemblies in mounted condition
- Executing orders and performing self-control tasks in a timely manner
- Documenting activities assigned in accordance with regulations
- Conducting internal audits (e.g., 5S audits) and implementing defined actions promptly
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Completed vocational training in metalworking (polymechanics, plant and equipment engineers, machine mechanics, or equivalent)
- 3-5 years of relevant experience within the Aviation MRO industry
- Flexibility and willingness to travel for field assistance support at any location
- Possession of EASA part 145/part 66 authorization is preferable
- Ability to work in two shifts and flexibility to work on weekends
- Good communication skills
- Able to carry out tasks independently, precisely, and responsibly
- Open-minded and dedicated team player
- High safety, quality, and cost awareness
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP experience
- Knowledgeable in English language (minimum level B1); German would be an advantage
