Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Produktionsingenieur, der sich auf die Abwasserbehandlung spezialisiert hat. Als Teil unseres interdisziplinären Projektteams werden Sie sich um die Wachstumsprojekte um Investitionen sowie Optimierungen von Abwasser Aufbereitungsanlagen und Automatisierung kümmern.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Die Planung und Durchführung von Projekten zur Optimierung der Abwasserbehandlung und -reinigung.
  • Die Überwachung und Steuerung der Produktionsprozesse, um sicherzustellen, dass die Abwasserbehandlung reibungslos und effizient abläuft.
  • Die Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Protokollen, um die Produktionsprozesse und die Abwasserbehandlung zu dokumentieren.
  • Die Anleitung und Schulung von Mitarbeitern, um sicherzustellen, dass sie die Produktionsprozesse und die Abwasserbehandlung korrekt durchführen.
  • Die Überwachung der Betriebsbedingungen der Abwasserreinigungsanlage, einschließlich der Überprüfung von Pumpen, Belüftungssystemen, Filtern und anderen Geräten.
  • Die Anpassung der Betriebsparameter, um die optimale Leistung der Anlage sicherzustellen, basierend auf den täglichen Messwerten und Analysen.
  • Die Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsvorschriften und -richtlinien, um ein sicheres Arbeitsumfeld für alle Mitarbeiter zu gewährleisten.
  • Die Durchführung von Verbesserungen von Anlagen, Abläufen und Prozessen (6S, Lean Six Sigma, KAIZEN) unter Einhaltung der Sicherheits-, Hygiene-, Umwelt- und Qualitätsanforderungen.

Ihr Anforderungsprofil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Aus- oder Weiterbildung (Berufslehre, Höhere Fachprüfung, Bachelor, Master)
  • Vorteilhaft wäre Produktionserfahrung bei der Herstellung von chemischen oder biotechnologischen Produkten, oder in der Lebensmittelindustrie
  • Ideal wäre erste Erfahrung im ISO- und / oder GMP-Produktionsumfeld
  • Sie verfügen über Grundkenntnisse in MS Office (Excel, Word) und sind affin für elektronische Systeme und Anwendungen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sowie Englischkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zur Leistung von Pikettdienst muss vorhanden sein
