Required Skills and Qualifications

  • We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with extensive knowledge and skills in business analysis and modeling, requirements management according to BABOK and BA certification.

  • Knowledge of / experience from working towards finance management processes (especially Financial planning & budgeting processes).

  • Experience of SAAS based EPM software and driver-based planning methodology.

  • Excellent analytical skills, able to see the big picture as well as details, find patterns and structure complex information.

  • Experience from working in agile methodology.

  • Eager to work in a global environment, to learn and to know 'Why'.

  • Knowledge of test methods and tools with focus on acceptance testing as well as understanding of unit, system and integration testing.

  • Excellent listening skills, able to interact with stakeholders – understand them and their needs as well as making them understand you.

  • Act as a role model for IKEA values and strong communication skills with ability to build trustful relationships.

  • Able to work in an environment where pre-conditions may change from one day to another and where we need to deliver these changes within short notice.
