About the Role

This leadership position plays a pivotal role in driving Cagi's Access to Oncology Coalition forward.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of strategies that address the challenges of access to oncology medicines in low- and lower-middle-income countries (LLMICs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to strengthen the capacity of countries and systems to improve access to oncology medicines.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, private sector partners, and civil society organisations.
  • Lead the Coalition Secretariat, including team management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Represent the Coalition in external meetings and international conferences.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to ensure effective coordination between the Coalition and the wider Cagi team.
