Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement global regulatory strategies for Precision Medicine and Digital Health assets
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements at all stages of product life cycle
- Lead regulatory interactions and review processes for GSK
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of regulatory strategies
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory developments and trends in the industry
- Master's degree in biological science, healthcare science, or engineering
- Experience in regulation of companion diagnostics and SaMD
- Proven track record of leading global development, submission, and approval activities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with clinical trial and licensing requirements for Precision Medicine and Digital Health Products in all major countries
- Proven ability to foster strong matrix working and lead change
- Ability to build strong personal networks and derive creative solutions to regulatory problems
