Key Responsibilities:
- Manage entire life cycle of request for information/quotation process for large packages in your category, including negotiation of framework and project-specific agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify potential suppliers, assess supplier capabilities, monitor supplier performance, and manage supplier relationships.
- Implement savings initiatives to achieve category-specific performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Certifications (incl. professional qualifications): Preferred CIPS or equivalent issuer.
- 5-10 years of experience in Procurement of engineering service, category management, or supply chain within the life sciences level.
- Constructive and hands-on approach with internal stakeholders and external partners.
