About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled investment professional to join our team at PER, Private Equity Recruitment. This exciting opportunity involves working closely with the Head of Real Assets to develop and implement a comprehensive real asset investment strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management of existing assets by attending manager meetings, conducting buy/hold/sell analysis, and monitoring performance.
  • Source and evaluate new investment opportunities by maintaining relationships with fund managers and agents.
  • Conduct market research, provide actionable insights, and support market pricing assessments.
  • Assist in due diligence and reporting for real asset investments.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in an investment management role, preferably with experience in analysing and investing in infrastructure or natural resource funds.
  • A quantitative mindset with the ability to build, interrogate, and maintain complex financial models. Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is desirable.
  • A strong desire to build a career in the real assets space.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a high-performing team.
  • Strong academic credentials from leading institutions.
About the Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
