**Job Description**
We are looking for a results-driven sales leader to join our team. As Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets through the implementation of effective sales strategies and techniques.
You will utilize modern performance sales and campaigning tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, or Pardot to drive revenue through lead generation, lead nurturing, and account-based marketing. Analyze and improve calling strategies to increase conversion rates through the use of call scripting, call analytics, and call coaching.
As a key member of the senior management team, you will contribute to overall company strategy and decision making by providing insights on market trends, customer needs, and sales performance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
