Our Campus

The Josef-Schwarz-School has two campuses: one situated close to nature in Erlenbach and the other centrally located in Heilbronn. Both share a bilingual concept, state-of-the-art equipment, and an intercultural spirit that fosters a family-like and respectful coexistence on campus.

Your Role

We are seeking a qualified teacher to prepare and follow up on lessons based on our benchmarked curriculum. You will encourage independent learning development and implement new pedagogical concepts. Your teaching methods and materials should cater to different needs and interests of students.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and following up on lessons based on our benchmarked curriculum
  • Encouraging independent learning development and implementing new pedagogical concepts
  • Using differentiated teaching methods and materials to meet diverse student needs and interests
  • Examining and preparing students for written and oral German school leaving exams

Benefits

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess Qualified Teacher Status at the legal equivalent to the German Second State Examination with a specialization in secondary teaching. You should also have native-level English proficiency and be interested in developing new educational concepts.

Estimated Salary: €45,000-€60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This estimate is based on the company's location and the industry standard for similar positions.
