Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate complex projects for national and international clients, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Advise companies on tax matters related to reorganizations, financing, restructuring, supply chain optimization, and legal, financial, and operational transformations.
- Work closely with foreign subsidiaries to ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
- Stay informed on national and international tax developments, including STAF and BEPS 2.0.
- Collaborate with experts from other departments on cross-functional projects.
- Communicate directly with clients and tax authorities.
- At least 4 years of experience in Swiss and/or international tax law, preferably in consulting.
- University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in a relevant field.
- Ongoing or completed training as a certified Swiss tax expert or an LL.M. in international taxation.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Experience in team leadership and managing complex projects is an advantage.
- Strong process management skills and excellent communication abilities.
- A flexible, solution-oriented personality with the ability to perform well under pressure.
