Job Title: Manager International Corporate Tax

At HR Talent House SA, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager International Corporate Tax to join our team. As a key member of our tax department, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating complex projects for national and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate complex projects for national and international clients, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Advise companies on tax matters related to reorganizations, financing, restructuring, supply chain optimization, and legal, financial, and operational transformations.
  • Work closely with foreign subsidiaries to ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
  • Stay informed on national and international tax developments, including STAF and BEPS 2.0.
  • Collaborate with experts from other departments on cross-functional projects.
  • Communicate directly with clients and tax authorities.
Required Profile:
  • At least 4 years of experience in Swiss and/or international tax law, preferably in consulting.
  • University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in a relevant field.
  • Ongoing or completed training as a certified Swiss tax expert or an LL.M. in international taxation.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • Experience in team leadership and managing complex projects is an advantage.
  • Strong process management skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • A flexible, solution-oriented personality with the ability to perform well under pressure.
