Process Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the optimal availability of equipment in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.
- Anticipate and plan for resource availability, including team planning, recruitment, and skill development.
- Promote a culture of EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) and ensure compliance with cGxP regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including production, supply chain planning, quality, reliability, maintenance support, and process engineering teams.
- Make technical decisions and drive improvements in maintenance processes.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in industry, or a BTS/BF in Maintenance Industry with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
- Previous experience as a supervisor in a similar role in a pharmaceutical industry environment.
- Excellent knowledge of safety regulations and pharmaceutical industry standards (GMP, FDA).
- Leadership skills, ability to motivate and direct a diverse technical team.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
