Join Our Team as a Purchasing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Specialist to strengthen our purchasing team and ensure the long-term availability of resources to fulfill our sales objectives.

As a Purchasing Specialist, you will be responsible for the selection, negotiation, and choice of suppliers, with the objective of creating advantages for the company in consideration of the Group strategy and purchasing policy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordination and tracking of tenders, enquiries, and bid analyses
  • Negotiation support for conditions with key suppliers
  • Further development of purchasing processes and interfaces
  • Ongoing review of supplier data, including SAP-Key figures update
  • Monitoring of contract fulfillment
  • Evaluation of suppliers
  • Determination and realization of purchasing potentials
  • Ongoing search and selection of high-performance suppliers
  • Rolling analyses of suppliers and planning of cost optimization

This is an 18-month mission.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business School with a specialization in Purchasing
  • Appetite for technical products is an advantage
  • Knowledge in SAP will be appreciated
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Open-minded and curious to learn
  • Solid language skills in German (B2) and in English (B2 minimum)

Our innovative technologies, such as the Mixmobil technology from Kirchhofer Floor Systems, enable us to install hundreds of square meters of self-levelling underlay floors within a few hours, without bowls and without reworking.
