Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CMMS System Administrator to join our team at Randstad in Neuchatel. This is a full-time position with a duration of 12 months.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing CMMS systems, including equipment management, spare parts creation and codification, and work-order creation and modification.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Equipment Management: Create and modify equipment records, manage hierarchies, and assign parameters.
  • Spare Parts Management: Create and codify spare parts, ensuring accurate tracking and inventory management.
  • Work-Order Management: Create, modify, and delete preventive and predictive maintenance work-orders.
  • Documentation Support: Manage documentation and provide training support for employees using the CMMS system.
  • Project Management: Participate in CAPEX projects and manage all projects linked to the CMMS system.

You will be working in a GMP environment and must have experience with CMMS systems like JD Edwards, BMRAM or SAP. Fluency in French is required, with English being an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also necessary.

Estimated Salary: CHF 80,000 - CHF 100,000 per year, depending on experience.
