Candidate Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • University-level technical background followed by marketing exposure
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing product platforms in food ingredients or flavour industry
  • Technical or B2B marketing experience in an international environment
  • Understanding of marketing strategy and principles, including commercialization of new products
  • Experience crystallizing clear messages from complex sources and data
  • Enthusiasm about analytics and numbers
  • Expertise in project management and presenting in front of partners at multiple levels
  • Business fluency in English, oral, and written (other languages advantageous)
  • Ability to collaborate with people from technical and innovation-related backgrounds
  • Comfortable working with different cultures and by distance
  • Open to travel throughout the region (30% of time)
