### Job Description
Our ideal candidate will have expertise in working with Prepreg and Composite materials for various projects in automotive, aerospace, airplanes, and yachts. This includes interpreting and executing technical construction plans in a clean, professional manner. We require someone who is competent in dealing with materials and working methods, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and independent work.

### Key Responsibilities:
* Work with Prepreg and Composite materials for diverse projects in automotive, aerospace, airplanes, and yachts
* Interpret and execute technical construction plans with precision and attention to detail
* Maintain a clean, organized workspace, adhering to high standards of craftsmanship and professionalism

### Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Completed training in Laminating or a comparable qualification (e.g., Model Builder, Carpenter, Joiner, Boat Builder)
* At least 2-3 years of professional experience in the Composite field
* German language proficiency highly advantageous for potential permanent employment; English required
* Excellent teamwork, flexibility, and resilience skills
* Craftsmanship with a meticulous, efficient, and independent work approach
