Trust Administrator Assistant

Capital Trustees AG is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Trust Administrator Assistant to join our team in Lugano. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide essential support to our trust managers and senior advisors in the day-to-day administration of client structures.
This role requires excellent organization and time management skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office. A higher education or university degree in law, accounting, economics, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in the trust and fiduciary industry, financial sector, or administrative roles is advantageous but not required.
Key Responsibilities- Drafting resolutions, minutes, meeting notes, and corporate documents
- Preparing presentations and memos for clients or prospects
- Reviewing bank statements and investments
- Liaising with banks, accountants, and internal compliance teams
- Client correspondence and record-keeping
We are looking for a candidate with fluency in English and a good knowledge of at least one additional European language (Italian, Spanish, French, or German). Soft skills such as stress management, autonomy, flexibility, and a proactive approach are essential.
