Internship Opportunity at Mammut Sports Group AG

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Merchandise Management team as an intern. As an intern, you will assist in controlling and defining the assortment for our full-price retail stores and factory outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Merchandise Planner, Allocator, and Buying team to support decision-making for the optimum assortment in stores
  • Prepare weekly key performance indicator reports and analyses for the retail business to ensure optimal supply of goods
  • Track availability and performance of important campaign products
  • Provide support to store personnel on ad-hoc requests
  • Be responsible for daily stock replenishment of all retail stores
  • Assist in pricing strategies and labelling processes with the Logistics team
  • Participate in potential projects
Requirements:
  • Ongoing or completed education in Business Administration, Sports Management, Textile Management, or comparable fields
  • Initial experience in retail, preferably in the fashion/sporting goods industry
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good priority management and a structured way of working
  • Pleasure in working in a team and in cross-divisional cooperation
  • Good computer skills in common MS Office programs, especially in Excel
  • Very good oral and written language skills in English and German
  • Enthusiasm for the mountains and outdoor sports
