About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Client Distribution Leader to join our team at AXA Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and retention by partnering with clients and brokers to deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic account management for existing clients and brokers, collaborating with underwriting, operations, claims, risk consulting, and other functions.
  • Developing new business opportunities through market analysis and relationship building.
  • Leading virtual global client and broker teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Working closely with underwriters to retain existing clients and grow the portfolio profitably while maintaining high levels of service.
  • Analyzing client needs and developing appropriate solutions with product and service specialists.
  • Representing AXA Group at relevant insurance market events and acting as an ambassador to AXA Group in the insurance market.
  • Being a role model for collaboration within and outside the Swiss business unit.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in managing business and driving growth.
  • Knowledge and expertise in the global insurance market, with profound underwriting and insurance operations experience.
  • Marketing and sales skills, including presentation, relationship development, and negotiation skills.
  • A self-starter and results-oriented individual with highly developed analytical skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform effectively and efficiently in an ambivalent environment.
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
