Job Description:

As a Senior Transaction Manager at ING, you will be responsible for managing complex transactions and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with clients to understand their financing needs and develop innovative solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage transactional risk and ensure compliance with ING's risk management policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to structure credit facilities and related sub-limits.
  • Assist in the intake and release of material pledged.
  • Perform credit and compliance checks on transactions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client positions and monitor risks.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
