**Job Summary**
We are seeking Biotechnologists with a relevant background in Life Sciences to support our growth in various business units. As a Biotechnologist at Lonza, you will be responsible for:
- Assignments in various functions within the production facilities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and cGMP quality requirements.
- Recognition, interpretation, and elimination of deviations.
- Execution of production steps, including recording and calculations.
- Support in training new team members.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A completed chemical or biopharmaceutical education.
- Professional experience in pharmaceutical production as an operator or production technician.
- Safety-conscious work practices.
- Knowledge of process engineering.
- Fluent English language skills.
- German language skills are advantageous.
- A willingness to work in shifts, including a 4-shift pattern, with flexible work scheduling.
