About the Role
- Advance our transformation from 2D to 3D workflows by developing new processes and implementing digital creation tools.
- Develop and implement digital creation tools to enhance our capabilities and speed up prototyping processes.
- Understand the advantages of new tools and integrate them into our workflows to stay ahead of the curve.
- Support the entire design team in learning new skills and software to ensure we have the necessary expertise to deliver world-class visual solutions.
- Collaborate with internal and external experts and partners to foster knowledge exchange, learn new methods, and scout new talent.
- Be the glue between cross-functional working teams and help us reach deadlines.
- Collaborate with our teams in Zurich and Vietnam to create functional, performance-driven products that meet the needs of our customers.
- Be an integral part of our Design team and push the visual and technical boundaries of our future products and technology platforms.
About You
- You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in product/industrial design, Game Design, 3D Animation, or a similar field.
- You have 7+ years of experience working in design teams, delivering world-class visual solutions, and designing performance products.
- Experience in leading a team and big projects in an agile environment is a must; sports industry experience is a plus.
- You possess an innovative mindset with a strong drive to push the boundaries of product design and innovation.
- You have excellent knowledge and understanding of 2D and 3D tools.
- You have a keen interest in performance products, as well as a general passion for sports, and can translate that passion into product designs.
- You are organized, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- You thrive in collaborative environments with cross-functional teams.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
