Process Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Process Development and Optimization Specialist to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and optimizing industrial processes from initial samples through to full industrialization and project certification.
Key Responsibilities:- Industrial Process Development: Develop and implement industrial processes that meet or exceed customer requirements, ensuring efficient and effective production.
- Continuous Improvement Coordination: Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
- Technical Consultation and Support: Provide expert technical support and consultation to secure new projects, collaborating closely with project management and sales teams.
- Process Technology Evaluation: Assess new process technologies and propose innovative technical solutions to enhance operational capabilities.
- Project Documentation: Author comprehensive project documentation, including reports, project plans, guidelines, work instructions, and analytical data evaluations.
- Production Equipment Testing: Conduct rigorous testing and documentation of new production equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Global Knowledge Exchange: Facilitate knowledge exchange and training programs for employees on a global scale, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree (BSc) or higher in a technical field, providing a solid foundation in engineering principles.
- Professional Experience: Demonstrated success as a process engineer or within industrial manufacturing, showcasing a robust track record of optimizing processes and driving efficiency.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of process and application methodologies, coupled with exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in German with advanced proficiency in English, enabling effective communication in diverse settings.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding and transparent communication abilities, adept at collaborating within a global team environment as well as working independently.
- Global Mobility: Willingness and capability to travel internationally, fulfilling duties abroad up to 20% of the time, demonstrating flexibility and commitment.
