Deine RolleAls Senior Software Engineer bist du Teil unseres agilen Teams und entwickelst Java-basierte Software und/oder Web-Frontends mit modernsten Frameworks. Deine Aufgaben- **Entwicklung von Java-basierten Systemen**: Du entwickelst zusammen mit deinem agilen Team Java-basierte Software und/oder Web-Frontends mit modernsten Frameworks.
- **Aktive Teilnahme am gesamten Software-Lebenszyklus**: Du arbeitest im gesamten Software-Lebenszyklus aktiv mit – von der Analyse über Architektur, Umsetzung, Qualitätssicherung bis hin zur Integration und der Produktionsunterstützung.
- **Überprüfung von Anforderungen**: Du überprüfst Anforderungen und verstehst es, diese wo nötig weiter zu entwickeln oder kritisch zu hinterfragen.
- **Qualitätsicherung**: Du stellst mit Reviews und anderen geeigneten Massnahmen sicher, dass die Ergebnisse deines Teams unsere hohen Qualitätsstandards erfüllen.
- **Langfristige Architekturentscheidungen**: Du triffst langfristige Architekturentscheidungen und berücksichtigst dabei nebst technischen auch kommerzielle und organisatorische Aspekte.
- **Förderung von Teammitgliedern**: Du förderst und forderst weniger erfahrene Engineers in deinem Team.
- **Erfahrung als Senior Engineer**: Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung als Senior Engineer in der agilen Softwareentwicklung mit.
- **Kenntnisse in Java-basierten Systemen**: Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse mit Java-basierten Systemen mit und bist offen für neue Technologien.
- **Erfahrung mit Entwicklungswerkzeugen**: Du verfügst über umfangreiche Erfahrung mit den gängigen Entwicklungswerkzeugen der Java-Welt.
- **Fach- und Methodenkompetenzen**: Du setzt deine Fach- und Methodenkompetenzen ein, um komplexe Software-Aufgaben zu lösen und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung im Projekt.
- **Fähigkeit, Teammitglieder zu unterstützen**: Du erkennst die Fähigkeiten deiner Teammitglieder und unterstützt sie dabei, ihr Potential zu entfalten.
- **Sprachkenntnisse**: Du kannst dich auf Deutsch und Englisch spontan und klar in Wort und Schrift ausdrücken (Niveau C1 oder höher).
- **Ausbildung**: Du bringst einen Abschluss in Informatik oder einem informatiknahen Studiengang auf mindestens Niveau Bachelor mit.
