Your Role

As a Group Business Continuity Officer, you will be responsible for:
  • Contributing to the implementation of the Global Business Continuity and Crisis Management programme within the Group and its regional offices;
  • Facilitating impact assessments and assisting stakeholders in identifying their needs;
  • Defining and documenting continuity strategies to restore critical business processes;
  • Supporting units in the development and preparation of their business continuity plans and coordinating necessary trainings;
  • Ensuring that recovery procedures are operational and effective;
  • Facilitating testing and exercises to validate different recovery plans and procedures;
  • Reviewing and periodically reassessing changes in key resources and the relevance of plans and procedures, in collaboration with units;
  • Giving support to the Group BCM Manager in his/her functions related to continuity, planning and preparedness, and crisis management when events occur;
  • Contribute to the assessment of risks and controls related to business continuity and relative reporting.

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in business continuity and crisis management in banking industries;
  • Good knowledge of project management aspects and monitoring of activities;
  • Excellent ability to use IT tools (MS-Office);
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to analyse and summarise information and data;
  • Ability to support and train stakeholders;
  • Ability to manage the stress and pressure inherent to the function;
  • Proactivity, dynamism, and autonomy;
  • Languages: English and French required;
  • Resident in Switzerland.
