About the Role
Zimex Aviation is seeking a skilled Aircraft Technician to join our team as a Line Station Technician. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in aircraft maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities on aircraft, including troubleshooting and repair.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, manufacturer's recommendations, and company policies.
- Manage and maintain a clean and safe working environment at the assigned line station.
- Collaborate with the Line Maintenance Manager and CAMO to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Report any unusual defects or occurrences to the relevant authorities and maintain accurate records.
- Perform inventory management, parts receiving and shipping, and maintain stock lists.
- Responsible for the maintenance of material and tools assigned to the line station and aircraft type.
Requirements
- Apprenticeship as a mechanic or similar education.
- Additional training as an airplane mechanic B1, B2, or CAT A.
- Aircraft Type Ratings for ATR72/ATR42.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience on the mentioned aircraft models.
- Approximately 3 years of experience in Base and/or Line Maintenance.
- Good English language skills.
- Car driving license.
- Capable of obtaining airport access authorization and reliability check.
- Good IT skills (e.g., Word/Excel).
- Independent working and high reliability.
- Employment on different types of aircraft/components.
- Licensed/Certifying Staff.
- Willingness to flexible working hours and travel activities.
- Teamwork and integration.
- Readiness for shift service in Line Maintenance.
- Covid 19 vaccination certificate is required for this position.
