As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Leveraging your technical expertise to develop and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and proofs-of-concept to customers.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Providing expert-level support to customers throughout the sales cycle, from initial engagement through to closure.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer working with enterprise customers, preferably at a vendor.
- A BSc in computer science, or equivalent experience.
- Pre-sales experience in security solutions, including firewalls, security proxies, and endpoint protection.
- Experience and knowledge of modern security threats.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex problems.
- The ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluency in German.
