We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Data Analytics Consultant to join our team in Switzerland.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with us as we strive to provide comprehensive benefits and perks that meet the needs of all of our employees. As a Strategic Data Analytics Consultant, you will be responsible for developing longer-term and large-scale roadmaps for using data and AI within our customers.

You will have a strong background in designing distributed data architectures within public clouds like AWS, Azure, and GCP. Experience with big data solutions and components such as Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, Governance, Business Intelligence, Machine Learning & Generative AI, Streaming, Orchestration & ETL, and Data Science is also essential.

In this role, you will collaborate with account teams to develop a strategic point of view for evolving data-driven decision-making over the next 1-3-5 years and identifying short, mid, and long-term priorities as a roadmap for our engagement with customers and their success using Data & AI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive key success metrics by shaping value propositions and creating customer-centric Point-of-Views based on Databricks priorities.
  • Help the account teams to become more strategic with our customers through focused account planning sessions.
  • Shape Framework Contracts and strategize bids to energize account acquisition ventures.
  • Spearhead coaching and empowerment initiatives to enhance the engagement of our sales and technical communities within their respective clients.
  • Energize evangelism efforts by sparking interest through captivating presentations, promoting collaborations, and amplifying our presence in different forums, events, and social media channels.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of diverse IT experience within a vast, international corporation.
  • Familiarity with designing distributed data architectures within public clouds like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Experience with big data solutions and components such as Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, Governance, Business Intelligence, Machine Learning & Generative AI, Streaming, Orchestration & ETL, and Data Science.
  • Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
  • A track record of supporting enterprise customers on their digital transformation journey.
