Job Description
This key position plays a vital role in the success of ARTIDIS' medical device operations, requiring strong technical expertise and exceptional customer interaction skills. As an Application Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing operational strategies, ensuring high-quality standards, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead pre-clinical and clinical research initiatives to advance the nanomechanical biomarker
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and partners
- Implement and optimize measurement routines, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, including study reports and work instructions
- Deliver top-notch customer service, providing flexible support and adaptability to meet evolving customer needs
- Drive data analysis and interpretation, conducting statistical analyses and executing validation tests
- Ensure seamless integration of new measurement devices with existing systems
- Provide expert scientific and technical guidance to clients, optimizing product performance and usability
- Foster ongoing education and training programs for customers and medical staff
Requirements
- Educational Background: Ph.D. or equivalent in Biomedical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
- Technical Expertise: Proven track record in nanomechanical phenotyping, tissue/cell nanomechanics, and data analysis
- Medical Device Knowledge: Extensive experience in medical device operations, regulatory compliance, and quality management
- Customer Interaction: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Collaboration And Problem-Solving: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional teams and resolve complex issues
- On-Site Support: Willingness to travel frequently, with a strong presence at customer sites in Europe and the USA
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to create compelling technical documents and presentations
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and driving results in a fast-paced environment
