Job Description:

The Group Treasury & Insurance Team Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the Group Treasurer and the entire Treasury team. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transversal support to Treasury Operations, focusing on Insurance team assistance.
  • Diary coordination, travel arrangements, and daily activities management for the Group Treasurer and Group Treasury department.
  • Internal and external stakeholder liaison and coordination at an executive level.
  • Office space management, hiring processes, expense processing, and Enterprise Risk report editing.
  • Presentation material preparation and insurance document management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • University degree (legal) preferred.
  • English and French fluency required.
  • IT tool affinity, data management skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Finance interest desirable.
  • Excellent relationships and interpersonal skills.
  • Client-centered mindset, discretion, integrity, and effective communication.
Compensation Package:

CHF 80,000 - 100,000 per year
