About the Role: As a Production Line Operator with AL-AGEDI RECRUITMENT CONSULTANCY, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our integrated production line. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Management: Oversee the presence and functionality of equipment, ensuring that all machinery is in good working condition and that raw materials meet quality standards.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Ensure that food safety protocols are followed on the production line, and that products meet quality standards.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform first-level maintenance activities, identify and address production deviations, and implement corrective actions to prevent future issues.
  • Production Planning and Coordination: Manage start-ups, shutdowns, and product format changes, ensuring that production schedules are met and that all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Research and Development: Participate in R&D trials and line tests, providing feedback and recommendations to improve production processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in the food, pharmaceutical, or cosmetic industry, with a focus on automated line operation.
  • Certifications: CFC OMA or Food Technologist/Practitioner certification is a plus.
  • Skills: Proactive, responsible, and a strong team player with excellent French language skills (B2 level).
  • Availability: Willingness to work in a 3-shift system.
