Your Tasks

  • Perform technical inspections of engine assemblies, modules, and piece parts on schedule.
  • Create repair orders for assemblies and individual parts.
  • Request and execute engine modifications.
  • Control executed modifications and configuration on single parts and assemblies.
  • Perform assigned work on time and ensure quality of work.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to improve processes.
  • Continuously improve processes to ensure quality and safety.
  • Handle operating equipment in an environmentally conscious manner.
  • Measure control of assemblies in mounted condition.
  • Execute and self-control performed orders in a timely manner.
  • Document activities assigned in accordance with regulations.
  • Perform internal audits and implement defined actions.

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training, preferably specialized in metal.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience within the Aviation MRO industry.
  • Authorized to certify engines under EASA part 145/part 66.
  • Willingness to work in two shifts and flexibility to work on weekends.
  • Ability to carry out assigned tasks independently, precisely, and responsibly.
  • Open-minded and dedicated team player with good communication skills.
  • High safety, quality, and cost awareness.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office and SAP experience.
  • Knowledge of English language (level B1); knowledge of German is a plus.
