Country Cybersecurity Director

We are looking for a seasoned information security professional to lead our efforts in developing and implementing a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy for MetLife Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, and Uruguay. As Country Head of Information Security, you will be responsible for identifying and assessing potential security risks, vulnerabilities, and threats, and devising proactive measures to mitigate them effectively.

• Proven experience in information security, with a strong background in developing and implementing security strategies within the insurance or financial services industry.
• An academic background in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; and relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA).

1. Facilitate the rollout of global security strategies to safeguard the company's information systems, data, and infrastructure.
2. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of security professionals, fostering a culture of security awareness and best practices.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security practices into business processes and systems development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and at various levels of the organization. Fluency in Spanish and English is a must, with Portuguese being desirable.
