About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Snowboard Boots Developer to join our footwear team in Switzerland. As a Product Innovation Specialist - Footwear, you will be responsible for driving the creation of innovative and high-performance snowboard boot products from concept to market. Your key duties will include working closely with the design team to ensure product development timing, testing, merchandising, and communication with the factory. Additionally, you will build Tech Packs with color, materials, graphics, trims, and other product details, review samples, and communicate changes to the factory according to the timeline.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and a commitment to quality, helping to shape a product line that stands out in the snow sports industry. You'll play a critical role in delivering snowboard boots that align with the company's brand values and performance expectations. To succeed in this position, you must have a personal interest in snowboarding, footwear, or outdoor sports, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in footwear development/management or a related field.
  • Fluent English (speaking & writing); French is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and 3D modeling software (Catia, Solidworks, ProEngineer or similar) is an advantage.
