About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in Kaiseraugst, Switzerland. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our strategic growth and innovation targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Global cost solution in CFIN, ensuring accuracy and completeness of accounting and building on internal controls.
• Perform validations and analyze during the month, ensuring accuracy of Premix explosions.
• Execute month end closing activities, supporting digital improvements on the global costing process.
• Support budget/raf cycles, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.

What You Bring

• Degree in finance with a few years of professional work experience in an industrial environment.
• Experience and solid expertise with Excel, SAP BO for Excel, and PowerBI.
• Analytical and process-oriented person with a can-do mentality.
• Ability to operate in a cross-functional environment, strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Good command of English, any additional language would be an asset.
