About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to support our Corporate Communications team in Zurich, Switzerland. As a key member of our team, you will assist in promoting strategic and operational communication initiatives, with a focus on employee communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Corporate Communications Switzerland in promoting strategic and operational communication initiatives.
- Assist in writing, editing, and publishing articles, blog posts, emails, and newsletters.
- Manage social media platforms, creating and posting engaging content.
- Provide technical support for content management systems, including uploading, editing, and publishing content.
- Contribute to video production, recording, and processing short contributions.
- Develop and present content and concepts in PowerPoint.
- Provide general project support, including events and media support.
Requirements
- Master's student (f/m/d) in journalism, communication, public relations, economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
- Knowledge of HTML, Web Publishing, and Content Management Systems.
- Experience in writing, editing, and publishing content.
- Strong social media skills, including creating and posting engaging content.
- Experience in project management.
- Fluent German/Swiss German, very good English skills, and French as an asset.
