The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of industrial automation concepts and be able to analyze complex problems, develop effective solutions, and provide exceptional customer service. Strong leadership skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical support team, ensuring seamless integration of our products into various industrial automation environments.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers and distributors in Europe, contributing actively to customer satisfaction.
- Closely collaborate with our sales team to provide feasibility studies and technical advice, identify training needs, and participate in drawing up content for technical trainings.
Requirements:
- Engineer or technician in industrial automation, microengineering, mechanical or electrical field.
- Former experience in industrial automation environment (such as robotics, robot peripherals, industrial vision, industrial software, or other connected fields).
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Customer-obsessed, engaged, organized, responsible, and independent personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Italian and French, with high-level English language skills.
- Ability to travel worldwide when specialist expertise or technical knowledge is required.
