The successful candidate will be responsible for appraising the appropriateness of internal controls, processes, procedures and systems.
Main Responsibilities- Appraise the appropriateness of internal controls, processes, procedures and systems.
- Assess and test the operating units' adherence to group guidelines, instructions, laws and regulations and internal control standards.
- Contribute to the development of the internal audit operations and infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Develop audit staff on assignments to ensure they meet their full potential.
- Master in business administration, finance or economics.
- CIA, CPA.
- Understanding of the asset management and investment fund industry.
- Professional experience in auditing, risk management, internal control, accounting, financial controlling and/or asset management/investment funds.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of current internal audit and risk management concepts and practices.
- Experienced with IT and ERP systems.
- Self-motivated and strong team orientation.
- Highly developed conceptual and analytical skills.
- Ability to think and act independently.
