The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, logistics, and process development, with a proven track record of implementing Lean principles and driving business transformation. This role requires exceptional stakeholder management skills, the ability to lead cross-functional teams, and a deep understanding of the latest industry trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive logistics transformation strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new processes and systems that improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that meet their needs and expectations
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of our logistics operations and identify opportunities for further improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement within our organization

Requirements:

  • MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
  • Proven experience in logistics transformation, project management, and process development
  • Lean Management Certification (Yellow Belt or above)
  • Fluency in English and German

Salary Range: CHF 120,000 - 150,000 per annum, depending on experience
