Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Global 2nd Level Support in accordance with ITIL standards.
  • Oversee the installation and configuration of global IT infrastructure and Workspace Management solutions.
  • Conduct thorough system testing, ensuring proper documentation is maintained.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues while developing preventive strategies.
  • Engage in Change, Project, and Release Management processes.
  • Manage global services within Azure and M, with a focus on security protocols.

Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in IT system administration, particularly in cloud environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft operating systems, including Server (Windows/Linux) and MS applications such as Windows 10/11 and M, along with Azure expertise.
  • Strong understanding of networking principles, including Firewall and Switching technologies.
  • ITIL certification (V3 or V4) is preferred.
  • Willingness to perform occasional maintenance tasks during off-peak hours.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proactive and motivated approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
