Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Compliance-Experten, der unsere Compliance-Strategie weiterentwickeln und umsetzen kann.

Hauptraum

Leitung und Entwicklung eines interdisziplinären Expertenteams, das für die Bereiche Compliance, Datenschutz und Nachhaltigkeit verantwortlich ist.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Beratung, Schulung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Nachhaltigkeitsstrategien
  • Einhaltung der geltenden Datenschutzgesetze und -richtlinien
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des Compliance-Programms
  • Überwachung und Kontrolle der Einhaltung aller rechtlichen und internen Vorschriften
  • Berichterstattung an die Geschäftsleitung und den Spitalrat
Anforderungen
  • Hochschulabschluss in Rechtswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Healthcare Compliance
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
