Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Corporate Tax Expert to join our team at Phoenix Search & Consulting. As a key member of our tax advisory team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on corporate tax management, transfer pricing, and tax risks in a multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective tax strategies to ensure compliance with corporate tax regulations.
  • Collaborate with external consultants to prepare, review, and update transfer pricing documentation and local files.
  • Identify and mitigate tax risks associated with regulatory and international tax regimes.
  • Assist Finance with tax reporting matters, including working with external advisors to prepare relevant tax disclosures.
  • Manage country-specific tax issues, including tax audits, and liaison with finance and audit teams.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role within Private Banking or a Group-level position.
  • Profound knowledge of Swiss Tax Regulations.
  • Advanced degree in Tax, Finance, Accounting, or Law.
  • Executive Senior Manager in Tax with significant experience working at a senior level in the tax field.
  • German and English language proficiency.
