Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Product team in Zurich, Switzerland, reporting directly to the Product Director. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, self-motivated, and experienced professional with a profound hotel contracting and yield background in Tourism.

Main Responsibilities

  • Implement strategy and contracting guidelines in various destinations for each market and client.
  • Monitor and report sales performance and competitive analysis on a weekly basis.
  • Effectively manage products for assigned clients.
  • Understand client requirements and business models from different source markets to optimize sales.
  • Manage and analyze marketing activities, as well as report results.
  • Develop a targeted contracting strategy to optimize sales performance with contractors.
  • Identify and interpret market trends, opportunities, and key requirements.
  • Provide analytical insights to destinations and drive target-driven monthly revisions.
  • Analyze and ensure conversion in guaranteed contracts.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and departments across multiple countries.
  • Identify business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proactive profile with strong analytical skills and ability to work with various data sources and systems.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Product Management, Contracting, and/or Yield positions.
  • Solid understanding of Sun & Beach Tour operations.
  • Knowledge of multiple European volume source markets is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a multinational environment and interact with diverse nationalities and ethics.
  • Willingness to travel regularly.
  • Fluency in English, with German and/or Spanish knowledge being an advantage.
